- All merchandise must be paid for day of sale by first party check, cash, VISA or Mastercard.

  - Payment must be made before removal from the sale hall or premises.

  - All items are sold "as is" without any type of warranty unless so stated by the auctioneer.

  - All items become the responsibility of the buyer as as "sold".

  - Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse bids in increments not considered consistent with the value of the item selling.

  - Auctioneer will resell tie bids at his discretion.

  - All decisions and sales made by the auctioneer will be considered final and binding.

  - All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior information or advertising.

  - Acceptance of an auction bidder card binds the holder to responsibility for payment for goods purchased and charged to that buyer number. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CARD OR LOSE IT! Turn your card in to cashier upon cash out.

  - Purchaser voids all rights of ownership of merchandise left on the premises over 7 days from auction date and by so doings grants full authority to the auctioneer or his agent to dispose of as he deems fit and without recourse for payment to the person leaving said merchandise.
